Billing

You can manage your billing and subscription information from your account settings page.

Updating Billing Information

  1. Sign into your account with an active subscription.
  2. Navigate to the account settings page using the main menu.
  3. Find the section labeled "Billing Information" in the account settings page and
  4. Select "Update Plan or Card"
  5. Select your new plan and/or enter your new card information and click .

Canceling Your Subscription

Cancelling an account will still permit access to your data until the end of your billing cycle.

  1. Sign into the account with an active subscription.
  2. Navigate to the account settings page using the main menu.
  3. Find the section labeled "Billing Information" in the account settings page and
  4. Select "Update Plan or Card"
  5. Choose .
