Billing
You can manage your billing and subscription information from your account settings page.
Updating Billing Information¶
- Sign into your account with an active subscription.
- Navigate to the account settings page using the main menu.
- Find the section labeled "Billing Information" in the account settings page and
- Select "Update Plan or Card"
- Select your new plan and/or enter your new card information and click .
Canceling Your Subscription¶
Cancelling an account will still permit access to your data until the end of your billing cycle.
- Sign into the account with an active subscription.
- Navigate to the account settings page using the main menu.
- Find the section labeled "Billing Information" in the account settings page and
- Select "Update Plan or Card"
- Choose .
